Essential Oil Clary Sage - 10ml

Clary Sage is derived from its flowering plant via steam distillation. Clary Sage helps to create a euphoric state of mind, and it encourages feelings of wellbeing. Studies have shown that Clary Sage is effective in aiding hormonal balance, easing pre-menstrual tension and period cramps. Soothes digestive problems and useful in muscular spasms or cramps. The oil blends well with Bergamot, Geranium, Lavender, Sweet Orange and Ylang Ylang.

Uses:

• Bath: Combine 3 to 12 drops of Clary Sage essential oil in a tablespoon (15ml) of carrier oil first and add it to your bath to enjoy the benefits
• Diffusion: Add 3 to 5 drops of Clary Sage oil to your diffuser
• Menstrual Discomfort: Mix with a carrier oil (1:1.5 ratio of essential oil:carrier oil) to the abdomen for a soothing massage
• Hair: Add to shampoo or hair conditioner to promote healthy hair and scalp
• Pillows and Bedding: Add a few drops to pillows and bedding to relax and help with sleep
